[sdiy] Choosing FETS

Are the surface-mount equivalents disappearing?  We use 5485 in some
Intellijel modules, and the surface-mounted MMBF5485 is available in
tens-of-thousands quantities from various sources.  The through-hole
equivalent 2N5485 is available in hundreds at a few places.  Perhaps only
the through-hole ones are going bye-bye...?
