[sdiy] Source for Roland-style toggle switches

Bon soir Andre,

No these aren't Rolands. Olivier Gillet asked for similar looking 
switches. I only tracked the ones, that Neil found in the ebay auction, 
back to TE. And there I found those slide switches too, which I like 
even a little more.
