[sdiy] Akai S612 PSU component ID

My old sampler just went phttt.
On the PSU is a burnt out component that looks like a resistor, marked  
on the PCB as "JW".
Similar components crossing "JW" connections look like resistors,  
however there is only a single green stripe on the brown body.
Anyone know what these are? Some kind of fusible resistor?
I would've thought "JW" meant jumper wire, but apparently not.

Can't find a service manual or schematic on the net.
