[sdiy] Grounding of inputs/outputs for modules

I run a ground wire to every jack; sometimes a common wire to a group of
inputs or outputs but the more grounds the better. Typically 4 to 6 wires
go back to the common near the PCB power in.

It's all about keeping resistance low.

That's for panel mounted jacks. For the PCB mount ones, use a nice wide
trace. Separate ins and outs if possible.
