[sdiy] dsPIC resources??

I finally got myself a PICKIT2 and DSPIC 33fj64gp802!

while I am excited, I am very overwhelmed about where to start. Usually I buy some books but so far my search of Amazon has turned up almost nothing.

ARE there any books about the DSPIC/PIC33F chips?

Also...I noticed that the datasheet for the chips does not have a master REGISTER chart (it does give the registers throughout each chapter but I was hoping for a MASTER register
chart.

i must say there seem to be a good amount of interesting features! its exciting and scary at the same time.
I am looking for code to check out too so if anyone can point me towards audio or synth related DSPIC code, let me know
