D'oh! That explains why I couldn't find the part number in the two
editions of the IC Master that I'm lucky to have. (These books are on
occasion better than gold, they give a pretty comprehensive "snapshot
in time" of what was on the market at a particular time, even if
datasheets for most of the parts aren't included.)
