No mention that caps are capable of holding charges at all -- let alone dangerous ones.

However, he does explain that the *capacitors* being overdriven is a big part of the guitar amp crunchy overdriven sound, as replicated by things like overdrive pedals, which I guess also work by overdriving capacitors. ;)
