What works very well for me is e-mailing the .brd file from Eagle to a 
gentleman known as Laen, who then batches up and sends me back a very 
high-quality board :-)  No messy chemicals, no broken drill bits.

Going to give Seeed [sic] Studio a go soon - don't think they have the 
quality of Laen's service, but they're quite a lot cheaper, especially 
for larger boards - like power supplies.
