Hi all,

I've just been informed by college that this year there is a large
conference going on at the same time as our synth weekend.  I've
managed to reserve a few more rooms than we used last year, but once
they're filled I won't be able to get any more.  So this year as soon
as the rooms are gone I won't be able to take any more bookings.
