it's published via chronicle books who aren't really "greedy publishers" so much as they are publishers willing to put out niche books in relatively tiny runs of 1-2 thousand (like, for instance, a book that looks like it's for kids but instead is about sound design). i just  grabbed it from amazon for $24 (instead of stealing a copy which guarantees the book's author won't get paid for their work).
