I'm with Oren on this. I specified a properly-sized Heyco strain relief for a
medical product and it easily passed the U.L. cord pull test at the U.L. testing
facility here in Northbrook, IL. Heyco also makes the proper tool for affixing
the strain relief to the panel. Don't use common "pliers" for this task!
