I don't know... but as a child I made a "DIY Spotlight" with an edison base socket,
a 6" lens, a line cord and a paint can. I drilled a hole for the line cord but did NOT
include the part Antonio lately inquired about.

The cord was of course cut on the 'hot' side, then I put my other hand on the nearby bench grinder.
I threw the can up in the air...and it landed on the bench grinder, blowing big holes in the can and
blowing the 20A circuit breaker...

When my dad inquired (also lately) about the arc marks on the top of the grinder... I showed him my
'spotlight'

He then taught me what a grommet was and why you need to use them. LOL !!!

when you have a main power cable traversing the panel (no ISO connector)
and you need to protect it...

you put a....      
(cable chocker?! )

what's the correct name ?
