The originals were made by Thermalloy iirc, and also by Aavid Heatsink

they were common at the time, I think they are no longer made...

Subject: [sdiy] Thermal clips for ARP TO-92 transistor pairs..

Does anybody know a place who supply
the same thermal metal clips that keeps
selected TO-92 transistors pairs stuck together in ARP modules ?
I'm pretty sure they were done exclusively
by ARP assembly departments but.... ???

I'm thinking of using 2possible solution:
- Tie-wrap around 2 facing transistors
OR
- Putting 2 facing transistors and winding
them with #24 solid wire for a couple of turns
then gluing the windings with epoxy..

The clips would be so easier..
