[sdiy] MXR Pitch Transposer

The DAC-86 and DAC-88 are crosses for the AM6072. Both Analog Devices 
and PMI made them and they are probably easier to find than the 
AM6072. It's relatively easy to make your own u-law (or a-law) dac 
too if you really, really want to go the DIY route.
