[sdiy] BBD die pics? (Re: Panasonic MN3xxx trusted supplier...(??))

I imagine they look very regular since it is just an array of storage cells plus shift
mechanism, probably looks not unlike a memory structure, and not too interesting.

There are some images here of a CCD used for imaging:

They use a similar method, albeit at a much, much, much higher density :-)
