[sdiy] Looking for optocoupler with 1 led and 2 separate resitors (similar to VTL5C4/2)

Hi,

I need an optocoupler with 1 led and 2 separate resistors in 1 housing. Does anyone know if such a device exists?
I'm thinking of something similar to a VTL5C4/2. The only problem is that the resistors in the VTL5C4/2 have 1 common leg. In my case the 2 resistors cannot be connected to eachother.
