Well, tricky.  Depends if you're using through-hole or surface-mount, 
whereabouts in the world you are (choice of distributors), what your 
budget is, any physical constraints, etc.

I'd start with looking at Littelfuse products.  Or something like a 
P6KE24A (google brings up many hits, several manufacturers).
