Advanced Linear Devices ALD110x, since these are made in a CMOS process.  
They're probably hard to get (read: more expensive than they ought to be), 
I've got a handful of them from a distributor that was clearing them off 
their line card.

You won't find anything else because all other discretes are made as 
diffused MOS where the diode between source and drain is an integral part of 
their internal construction.  The canonical solution to this problem is to 
use them in antiserial configuration (with the drains pointing "out") to 
make a "supertransistor".  Double the gate charge, double the resistance, 
some problems with biasing the internal node, but at least things are 
symmetrical again.

Still, the switch IC are much simpler to use and offer better parameters in 
all other respects.
