[sdiy] Jim Williams app notes

Analog circuit guru Jim Williams passed away on June 12, 2011. He wrote several
interesting application notes for National Semiconductor Corp that are relevant
to DIY electronic music that have been mentioned on this mailing list previously
(such as the oft-cited "Exponential V/F converter for electronic music" in App
Note 286).  I can't seem to post a list of links to the mailing list (spam
