As I don't use ST parts at present and tend to try to stick with
familiar manufacturers, I have had a look at the Freescale (Kinetis) and
TI (Stellaris) offerings. Unless their product selectors are playing up,
it looks like ST is unique in having the on-board DACs.
So, looks like my move to ARM will be through the STM32 route.
Anyone know anything about STM32 development toolchains that run on
Linux? I know that there's gcc for ARM, but was wondering if there were
tools for actually programming the devices.
