[sdiy] SSM2164 availability / Group buy

The THAT2162 costs about twice as much per VCA as the SSM2164, so I'd expect better performance. Also it's a QSOP part, which is on the tiny side of SMD, though not impossible. Photo at the bottom of this page:

In the UK, Profusion PLC are the stockist for THAT Corp parts, but they're expensive and don't really like selling to individuals.
