+1 for the Irwin from Home Cheapo. Just did over 100 holes in an aluminum panel for a quad MPS (I'll *never* mill a front panel that large by hand again!!!)
As for Harbor Freight, I'll never buy anything there again. You get what you pay for. Life is too short for crappy tools.
