[sdiy] SSM2164 availability

Aside from perhaps a few samples, there is a $2000 minimum order. Last
time we had a group buy, it took months to get an order into the US.
Shipping was incredible. We also had to pay duty and a service charge of
$100. They still were a about half the old SSM price however.

This time the group buy seems to be an event that has gone nowhere despite
having started very early this year....
