Very interesting. I emailed them too, and was directed to their authorised distributors - does this mean the subtext is no direct sales of this chip any more, you can only buy what's in the supply chain? Or just that the advice you get from the European end and the US end isn't the same?

I hope they do do one last batch. I'm still after my life-time buy.
