[sdiy] Favourite flux cleaning ritual?

I decided to use this product 6 months ago, after trying various other
solvent based products:

p/451265
I've now found it to be my favourite cleaning product for washable
components and as a bonus it appears to be biodegradable. It is a foam that
is then brushed thoroughly on the PCB with the attached brush then left to
stand for a short while, then rinsed in tap water. I've also started using a
companion product:

451277
which gives an even better finish, leaving a nice shiny clean PCB, free from
any residue in the tap water. I then pat dry the PCB on a towel then blow
dry with a normal hair dryer (about the only reason I need said implement at
my age).
This has even cleaned PCB's that someone gave me that had flux and other
dirt that was over 10 years old, though it did take a couple of
applications.
Parts that are water sensitive are fitted later then cleaned with isopropyl
alcohol and cotton buds.
Hope this helps
Mike

How does everyone clean the flux off their boards?
I'm looking for something safe; no toxic fumes or crazy chemicals if
possible. I'll reluctantly admit to rarely cleaning the flux off most
of my personal projects. My only experience with cleaning flux has
been with warm water, dish soap and a stiff brush, which seemed to
work OK.
