[sdiy] Making an audio spectrum analyzer from an old Casio LCD TV

Perhaps, but I /have/ the LCD TV. I may just end up using it as a
receiver for a remote controlled ATV ATV using one of those A/V
modulators that transmit on channel 3 or 4. But the spectrum analyzer
idea seems like a cool one. I KNOW how to do it using an oscilloscope. I
 have a dual trace with Z-axis input and delayed synch/trigger. I don't
think the Z-axis is so important but the delayed synch/trigger si the
key to converting the time domain into the frequency domain.
