The link I had is broken. Best I can do now is 
http://www.datasheetarchive.com/Widlar-datasheet.html and of course 
the National Semiconductor Linear Applications Databook. Most of 
their app notes do not indicate who wrote them but almost all of Bob 
Widlar's list him as the author, and a few of Bob Pease's are also 
noted. Start at the beginning and you will see that most of them up 
to AN-42 were Widlar and the ones that aren't are still useful.
