If you want a copy, (and there were FET and Diode versions too), do a scan
around the radio Amateur sites. I used to see CD copies on offer at Radio
Rallies.

Some of the famous valve books are out there too, including the famous AVO
'Blue Book' that went with the valve testers.

I still have paper copies of all but the diodes book, though I only have a
second edition transistors book. It was vital equipoment in the days when I
did a lot of servicing.

I think they stopped doing the equivalents charts due to worries about
liability actions.
