[sdiy] Mountain vinyl switch caps

I always used to get them from Small Bear:

They still appear to be doing them...

Note - sometimes you'd get the rubbery ones, sometimes the harder ones - 
and sometimes some colour variation. This didn't matter too much to me, 
frankly.
