Many years ago i acquired 2L of the black plastic variant for a mere 10euro!
It will last forever. The sticky stuff i got works like this, you make
a jigg/model
in metal, say 50 steel pins mounted on a steel bar, then you heat that up to
the temp manufacturer of the sticky PVC says it should be and when it is
you simply dip it in the container with sticky PCV and let it cool, or rapid
cool it then peel off the condoms for later modular sexual misconduct.
