| Depends what that extra section of circuitry is, but could you simply
| regulate your +/-15V down to +/-12V and run the 24V section across
| those? You might need to AC-couple or level-shift signals between the
| two secvtions, but it saves all the hassle of a step-up converter.

I would consider DC-DC converter modules for this - maybe not the cheapest option, and they are switching, but they are compact and easy.
I have used this sort of thing with no problem from HF noise but some people don't like switched mode supplies (ymmv).
