[sdiy] More infinite-phasing examples

Someone asked me a long time ago to write a program for my
ComputerVoltageSource to generate the four sawtooth and four triangle
control waveforms.  I can't remember who now or the details.  I have a scope
image of the eight waveforms (superimposed since I have only a 4 channel
scope) on my programs page.

I (once) envisioned using multiple notch VCF driven by ramps (up or 
down) with VCAs to blank (mute) the retrace. The notches could be 
controlled for bandwidth if you like, octave spaced (or other). I 
think this might sound a lot different than the frequency shifted method.
It would be really complex, but maybe not any more complex that the
frequency shifted method...
