I can't give you a definitive answer as the instruction manual went AWOL 
a LONG time ago, and I don't have any JFETs to hook up to it to see what 
it does.

However, with all other components, you get at least two screens of data 
- type of device plus pinout, then scroll to next screen for test 
parameters. I can't see that JFETs would be any different to that.

There may be a downloadable manual on the site.
