Incidentally, that's the same Dorf of Dorf & Svoboda, which is the book we use in ECE2040, our introductory linear circuit theory class.

I prefer the newer book by Ulaby and Maharbiz, but the faculty have been been using Dorf & Svoboda for ages, and professors tend to be conservative people resistant to change. ;)
