Hi Mark,
Squires is the best place I've found for stripped and tinned wire.
http://www.squires.com/
Pricing http://www.squires.com/cutstrip.htm
Add $12.00 per 1000 ends for tinning, $24.00 for both ends of 1000
wires which is sort of the minimum quantity. They will sell less but
it doesn't get much cheaper and the prices are amazingly good for
1000. http://www.squires.com/secop.htm
If that doesn't work for you I have a friend/business partner that
does this as well, just let me know what you're looking for. He can
do stripped and tinned with tin-lead or lead free, stripped only, or
semi-stripped. Choice of insulation color is somewhat limited
compared to Squires unless you want a lot of pieces (and if you want
a lot, Squires is cheaper) but our products currently use red, black,
blue, orange, and white so we tend to have that in the shop.
