You could buy your cases from a different manufacturer, such as 
Polycase http://www.polycase.com/, who do customization in house at 
very reasonable prices. I've used them for small runs of 50 to 250 
units and find them quick, excellent quality and the price cannot be 
beat. Even their single unit pricing looks affordable.
