[sdiy] PIC freakout?

Hey list

So this pic that i've been using for a few months, with the same code, all of the sudden started freaking out and spitting out garbage after about 1-2 seconds of being on and i have no idea why. I've tried several new pics with the same code, i've even tried minimizing the code (even though it worked just fine before and i didn't change it) to just have some test-stuff left but to no avail. I feel like not all the PICs i tried could have been blown (as it must have happened as soon as i put them in the socket in that case) and since they still program that's a good testament to that too. I've checked the power-lines and they seem fine. I'm using the internal oscillator so no faults there.

Any ideas? Could it be something with the powerlines even tho they look just fine on the scope? I tried hooking up a big cap to stabilize any unwanted oscillations but no change.
