Cox is shutting down personal websites Dec. 6 so I will lose my site.  Its been getting pretty ancient anyway.  I keep getting emails wondering if I'm still alive and still sell the books.  But it has served me well and now I'm likely going to have to pay to host it somewhere else.  Please email me privately with your suggestions on my next move.  Should I buy Dreamweaver software or go to Squarespace or similar to create the next one?  I haven't paid much attention to my site as the kids are gone and I've been doing honeydoos instead of synth-related things.  Seems personal websites have lost favor to Facebook, which I still cannot comprehend.  
I should also make the effort to make my books available electronically.  Is Amazon my best bet for this?  I see Thomas Henry uses Lulu.  Apple's iBook site has very little synth-related.
