Well, I took Doug and Steve's advice and started down the 3340's. Upon closer inspection, the one that had gone high was also running hotter than the rest, so out it came. It should also be noted that, before pulling the chip, the +10 supply for OSC2 was running at only about +8V. Like Florian, I hadn't noticed they were separate supplies, either.

It worked! All three other oscs. snapped into tune, and the PSU is back at +10 where it's supposed to be. Now I just have to install a socket and find a spare 3340 - I'm now out of stock, and apparently so is everybody else.

On to installing Europa.
