Just remember to make sure that the op-amp is unity-gain stable before doing 
this.  Otherwise, you might find the op-amp oscillating loudly at several 
MHz, and heating up the silicon.

Unity gain follower is okay for most old slow op-amps.  But, some modern 
high-performance op-amps are compensated for optimum performance at higher 
signal gains and are borderline stable with full negative feedback.
