[sdiy] Buchla Pulser - Crossfader- Timbre Generator module

I bought the PCBs from Aaron Lanterman for the Buchla Pulser and Crossfader
& Timbre Generator.  I am building them into a 2U module and although I
don't have the panel yet I have the PCBs built and documented on my site
including my modifications.
