I had responded to an alleged SOP8 package version.  lol...which is..of 
course not possible since these dual vco's have more than 8 pins 
required to function correctly I believe...

But anyway they said 'on we'll check ' and then offer me this one they 
put up on ebay which appear to be in the wrong package design (the 
packages I see on them have indentations on both ends in the plastic.  
These are flat on top totally flat.  Also those don't look like the 
right kinds of codes...

HOW does a company like this have such high feedback???
