[sdiy] Parts for shields

There are 2 parts i am searching for at a good (surplus?) price


1. Female headers as used on arduino shields or on arduino for plugging shields or pins into


2. Colored wires with single male pins attached for connecting to those same header rows.


Sparkfun carries these items but they are expensive...i am looking for these in large quantities
