I purchased some last year.  It took a couple of weeks for him to 
respond to my email, but he shipped within 24 hours of receiving 
payment.  They made it from Switzerland to the US Left Coast in only 
4 days.  When I installed two of them in my PS-3100, they fixed the 
two bad oscillators.  Recommended.
