I think not - and I doubt the offset would be stable with temperature 
either.

Though having said that, recent production runs of "old standards" can 
sometimes exceed specs by quite a bit, because they are actually rebadged 
new chips. But you can't depend on it.. no happiness can ever come from 
assuming that errors will cancel, or less than the maximum specified.

The reason a lot of experimental circuits put up on diy sites fail on 
replication, is that the second builder isn't so lucky with errors.
