[sdiy] 14-bit MIDI CCs - common, or rare?

Thanks Colin.

I'm just thinking about interfaces to decode CCs 0-31, 70 to 95, and 
102 to 119 as 7-bit values - skipping out NRPNs, RPNs and DATAinc/dec.
I guess it seems safe enough to shoot for 7-bit values for these?

The others (64-69 and 120 - 127) would be simple logic ON/OFF gates, as 
per MIDI spec.
