Hi all,
I just attended both MakerFaire days.  Sorry to say synth-DIY was very poorly represented....  not a modular synth in sight.    
Big news was the Google Android USB dev. kits.  But alas I was told my Samsung Tab may be too downlevel to support be supported...
The show seemed too kid-centric for me this time.  The wild clothing was a bit overwhelming too.  I think next time I'm going to just take photos of people there all day.
