[sdiy] Deagan Chime attachment for Pipe organ repair help?

Hi guys, sorry if this is too OT. The church I play organ at has a set of Deagan chimes which can be played from a small keyboard attached to the organ. It appears that it's a system in which solenoids actuate hammers and strike the chimes. Anyhow... some aren't striking as loudly as others, and I'd like to take a look at it. However, I'm hoping to find some resources on the web before I go digging around inside it, or better still, someone who actually restores these things professionally (I have my hands full with an SDIY refurb at the moment!)
