If anyone knows how to find this lamp also let me know. It seems to say OSR 4-30/30 and is a miniature lamp with the leads kind of molded into the glass which is crushed from the cylindrical shape of the bulb...I guess is the best way to describe. A little over 1/2" long and a little under 1/4" diameter I think.
