That's my old SH-7. I replaced the switches with mil spec rotary 
switches made by Gray and ordered from Newark in the US. They were the 
only ones I could get that were affordable and would fit in the hole in 
the front panel PCB. They were mounted onto the front panel chassis with 
the nut supplied and then individually hand wired to the PCB.

And no it wasn't much fun to do...
